After extensive consultation with you our residents, and joint working by staff across PHA, Tor, Independent Futures and DCH, it’s great to be launching our new group-wide service standards for housing. They’ll be hitting doorsteps this week with the latest edition of Open Door, and there will be copies available in our offices too.
